How do I set up/change/cancel and appointment?
Please call our office at 508-747-1560 as early as possible. We do maintain a cancellation list.

Do I have to pay for my visit at the time of my appointment?
Yes, unless there is full insurance coverage. It is also preferred that any co-pays be covered at the time of the visit as well.

How much is my co-pay?
You should consult your insurance card. We prefer to accept your co-pay, if applicable, at the time you sign-in.

How do I select one of your doctors as my primary care provider?
At this time, our practice is strictly consultative. We are pleased to accept new Gastroenterology patients but we regret that we are not taking new patients for Primary Care.

How can I get a prescription refilled?
Please call the office at 508-747-1560 for refills. We recommend calling at least several days before your present prescription runs out.

How can I find out results to my tests?
We generally will call with the results of all blood tests and X-Ray procedures. The doctor will specifically call with test abnormalities. Please feel free, however, to call if you have not heard from us.

What do I do in an emergency?
We suggest that you call the office or your Primary Care Physician.

Who should I contact if I get sick after office hours or on the weekends?
We suggest that you call the office or your Primary Care Physician. Our answering service will direct you to the covering physician for help and advice.
